Keller Offers Certified iBuyer Class

Keller Williams has partnered with Offerpad to offer a new way for agents to deliver more value to their clients through the Keller Offers Certified iBuyer program. Becoming a Keller Offers Certified iBuyers enables agents to make requests for a cash offer on the seller’s behalf, open conversations using Keller Offers scripts and tools and have a competitive advantage over faceless iBuyer companies.

How to become KOCiB Certified:

-Step One: Go to this link: https://app.kelleroffers.com/sign-up This will take you to the Keller Offers platform to create your account. *Please note: accounts have to be set up with your kw.com email, as this is how we verify that agents are with Keller Williams!

-Step Two: After creating and verifying your account, you will be able to see the entire schedule for upcoming classes. Register and pay for the time that works best for you.

-Step Three: Block your calendars! Please keep in mind that you must attend the entire 2.5-hour class to be eligible for certification.**

-Step Four: Review your upcoming class information send us the required executed Agreement

-Step Five: Attend the session. Upon completion and a minimum passing score of 70% on the final exam at the end of the session, you will gain Keller Offers certification.
