Who is Impact Coaching for?
We believe Impact Coaching can help any agent. Whether you are starting brand new, or are feeling lost after a year or two in the business, our goal is to fast track you towards success.
Is this a long term commitment?
We believe in giving our agents choices. While the program works best for those that participate in our Five & Cap model, all agents are able to exit the program with a 30 day written notice.
Do I need to be available every day to benefit?
This is probably our favorite question. No! You do not need to be available every day to benefit from Impact Coaching. We have three levels of accountability for every type of schedule. At KW, we have helped full time agents, part time agents and dual career agents alike. You will find amazing results as long as you use the time you have dedicated to real estate in an effective manner. With Impact Coaching, we will help use your time to be on task, create consistent habits and focus on the things that matter most.
